Pricing Templates
Define a pricing rule once, apply it to hundreds of products in one click. Templates are how a 500-product catalog gets configured in an afternoon.
Creating a template
- 1Open
Pricing Templatesin the sidebar and clickNew template. - 2Fill it in like a product: pricing type, metal, purity, markup, rounding, safety — everything except the weight, which stays per-product.
- 3Name it something you'll recognize at a glance: "1oz gold coins 5%", "Sterling chain by inch".
Applying a template
From the Products list, select any number of products with the checkboxes, choose Apply template in the bulk bar, and pick the template. Every selected product takes on the template's rules immediately and reprices on the next update.
💡 Tip: Applying a template overwrites the pricing configuration of the selected products — their weights are untouched, everything else follows the template. The bulk bar tells you how many products you're about to change.
A fast catalog workflow
- 1Import your products.
- 2Use the filters (pricing type, metal, status) and search to isolate a family of products.
- 3Select all, apply the right template.
- 4Fix up the outliers individually.
