Two store-wide controls live in Settings: the pause switch and email alerts.
Pause Live Pricing
The pause switch stops all automatic Shopify price updates for every product — for stocktakes, sales events, or just peace of mind while you reconfigure.
- Calculated previews keep working while paused, and you can still edit products.
- Resuming re-checks every price from the current market before anything publishes — there's no backlog of stale changes waiting to fire.
💡 Tip: Pause affects the whole store. To stop just one product, turn off live pricing on that product in the editor instead.
Email alerts
Off by default. Switch on Email alerts to get an email when something needs you — a held price change or a failed update.
- Each issue is emailed once; an unresolved problem never generates repeat emails.
- Alerts go to the store's email address on file.
